Sometimes & Always

 

Sometimes: My hubby and I just stay in because we don't want to search for a place to park our car! Living in the centre of a big city unfortunately brings some problems with it...
Always: We just remind ourselves that it's less than 2 weeks that we live here and after that we'll be able to park our car without ANY trouble :)

Sometimes: I think I'll miss this apartment
Always: I'm SO happy we'll be moving soon! Even though we'll be living at Jeff's parents' and we'll only get the keys to our house in October...

Sometimes: I'm very sensitive to scents or touches
Always: Jeff makes fun of me and just keeps on doing what he was doing (like touching my feet. I cannot stand it!)

Sometimes & Always

  


Sometimes: I don't want to workout and I stop in the middle (after 25 minutes in stead of 40-50!)
Always: I still feel great that I even started working out hah!

Sometimes: I do too much for people and then afterwards need a week of relaxation. Read: watching Youtube and eating doritos and cheesedip all day long.
Always: I don't care! I don't take enough me-time so it's totally a-ok to just splurge on it once in a while...

Sometimes: I think of silly things I want, such as an expensive Erin Condren Life Planner that costs 50 dollars and an additional 32 dollars to get it to me. (How much does it cost to order it in the US?)
Always: I can get it out of my head by thinking of other things we need, BUT....

NOT THIS TIME!!!

I just ordered my very own personal, very expensive, very beautiful and oh-so-amazing Life Planner!!! WOOOOOHOOOOOOW! (You get the idea, right?)

I chose this one with a different color. 

I'll show you when it gets here.

How did I convince the hubs? Well, he actually convinced me! (by not giving me a gift for our one year anniversary 'cause hey, nobody told him 10000000 times already that gifts are my main love language, right?)
So he almost begged me to buy this beauty as compensation :)
Let me clarify that he did bring me breakfast in bed - he even got up very early so I wouldn't have to wait on it! And he did take me out for dinner AND bought me an ice cream afterwards! (hence the work out)

Maybe I'll just get the planner every year for myself as an anniversary gift, so Jeff doesn't feel bad about thinking I didn't want anything, hah!

Sometimes & Always

Sometimes: I plan to study all day long, way ahead of time
Always: I'm such a pracrastinator! I just leave everything 'till the last moment! (last moment = getting up early the day of the exam and trying to read everything like crazy!)

Sometimes: I lie in be all day, watching Youtube movies
Always: I feel bad afterwards... Pro-cras-ti-na-tor?

Sometimes: I wish it was August or September so we can sign our the contract for our house and start working!
Always: I get pretty scared when thinking we're just going to be on our own and be a real family just the two of us in a house without friends or family around

Sometimes & Always

 

Sometimes: I get myself in too much trouble, such as a last-minute bridal shower (as in: just 2 weeks before the wedding hearing she hasn't had a shower!!)
Always: I enjoy pampering people and one of my gifts is serving!


Sometimes: I just lay in bed all day long
Always: I don't feel bad because it's the only place in our apartment where we have a lot of sun! I'm even getting a bit of a tan ;)

Sometimes: I don't post in a long time
Always: I feel soooo bad and am really happy that there's something like this awesome link haha!

Sometimes: My lil' bunny does such funny things!
Always: I really really love him :)

Sometimes: My bunny likes Jeff better because he gives him food to make him come to him
Always: Janneman still loves me better 'cause I'm home so much!! Haha :)

Sometimes: I give too much of myself to people, trying to help as much as possible
Always: I need a couple of days of rest afterwards!

Sometimes: I think I can pull this thesis-thing off in just 2 weeks
Always: when I just look at a deadline that's coming closer I start panicking haha!

Sometimes: Jeff brings me breakfast in bed!!!
Always: I love him for doing that, 'cause it's my favourite meal ever! Wanna make me happy? Bring me some breakfast!!

Sometimes: I feel like I need a snack and grab some cookies
Always: I eat the whole package!

Sometimes:I look at my sweet Janneman and think I want to hug him all the time
Always: I LOVE looking at him jump around throughout the room!

Sometimes: Jeff goes out for the night (guys bible study, other appointments)
Always: I miss him and try to stay awake untill he's back!

Sometimes: I want to surprise a friend and do something totally crazy for their wedding!
Always: I'm not sure if I can pull this thing off!!!
Can't tell any more because if people read what it is, and I can't do it, they'll be sad! haha :)

Sometimes: I take a long break from studying
Always: I feel really bad about it, 'cause right now I shouldn't be taking long breaks!

Sometimes: I watch stupid youtube videos in my break
Always: it makes me feel less lonely :)

Sometimes: I check facebook 5 times in 2 minutes
Always: I get bored and shut down the computer haha!


Sometimes: I wish I lived closer to my family
Always: I know that I'd miss the friends I made here and my in-laws!

Always: When I start thinking about said nice people, I'm amazed how many I do know!


Sometimes: I think I saw our dream house for sale
Always: I lay awake all night thinking about it!!
